"We had lights that did not work in our bedroom since we moved in. Had an engineer round from our insurance and basically tell us it was gonna be a huge job. Well it was a pretty big job in the end, lifting up carpets, underlay, chipboard flooring and insulation to get to the fittings from above, but despite arriving at 4:30, Simon stayed until the job was done and even offered look at something else afterwards for no extra charge. He was lovely, really helpful, explained everything he did, and wanted to charge us for 2 hours despite doing 2hrs 30mins labour but I insisted since he had been so good. Would use again, 5/5."
