"We have had a faulty flat roof in imminent of collapse and York Build did a fantastic job. We had used them before and were very happy with their work, listening to us and delivering what we actually wanted, being considerate and courteous and doing very solid, thought-through quality work. With this recent work already at the quote stage, they were the only local company dealing with the root of the problem rather than just patching things up. The solution they proposed solved so many problems at the same time so that we had real confidence right from the start. At all stages we felt in good hands and in spite of the odd bit of little chaos and at times patchy communication, they did their best to minimise the disruption to our house and lives and the end result is really good - so much better than what was there before. The work looks good and we are confident that the work done will last for a very long time. We would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family which we have in fact already done."
