"Karl is a brilliant cleaner who has transformed my house in a very short amount of time! He has been coming over once a fortnight for a few months now, and has already made such a big difference. He doesn't make me feel bad for living messily and he always manages to work around the fact that I am simply not a tidy person!! He is friendly and kind, and will explain his methods if you are interested. I will also add that I am a woman who lives alone and I feel very comfortable having Karl here, to the extent that I very quickly gave him a set of keys so that he could still work when I'm away. I really recommend him to anyone!"
