"Kenny carried out a boiler service and investigated the underfloor heating system, which had never worked properly and been boxed in for several years. He was thorough, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. During the boiler service he identified and removed debris that suggested previous servicing may not have been as thorough as it should have been. What I particularly appreciated was that he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was tidy, respectful of the property and left the room as he found it.
