"I contacted Ed when my solar panels needed to be removed and replaced for a new roof. He gave me a contact for the removal which was completed quickly but then the panels were replaced by the builder. But after the inverter showed an error and us not able to work it out Ed kindly came out to look at it. Amazing service as he called within 4 hours , and 15 minutes later all was running fine again. It was something simple we had overlooked but left us puzzled. With solar installs on the rise we were constantly falling into the trap of finding installers who would promise a massive discount and then simply raise their prices so it turned out to be more expensive relatively. The difference with Temple solar is that they are a brick and mortar building in York with a solid customer base. Ed even took me to one of his past customers who had a similar set up to that which I was looking to install.
