"Heath replaced our Dormer flat roof last week. Also redid an adjacent ridge and perished felt, removing and replacing tiles, and chimney Cowels. We were impressed with the consultation process and presentation of options, and Heath's openness about the 'knowables' and 'unknowables' of the project at the outset. Satisfied with his well justified pricing, we went ahead with a clear plan for an EPDM replacement of the dodgy old fibreglass which was pooling (and had leaked in recent times, prior to house purchase). Removal of the roof immediately showed it had been built over an earlier felt roof and there was also water in between(!). Again the adjustment to cost was reasonable and well justified. It took Heath and his team less than two days to strip our both old roofs, replace a damaged joist, as well as the perished felting discovered into the adjoining main roof, and to reconstruct with appropriate insulation added (where there was none before!). In this hot weather we immediately notice the Dormer is not longer an oven, but a usable room. We have peace of mind to decorate and make use if it without fear of another leak. Solar panels are going back on tomorrow (separate service) before the scaffold comes back down. Fair priced and professional service. I would recommend Heath / Skyward (clarified during initial consultation operating as sole trader, no longer 'Skyward Ltd')."
