"PBS York Ltd did our kitchen extension and a new office space, and it has genuinely changed the way we use the house. The finished build is excellent and we are absolutely delighted with it. James project managed the whole job brilliantly. Communication was clear, decisions were handled calmly, and we always knew where we stood. The attention to detail really stood out. We loved the little touches, like the rounded internal corner that softens the room, and the beautiful dog tooth brickwork course above the bifold doors. It mirrors the original Victorian brickwork and is finished neatly with lead flashing, so it feels like it has always belonged. Importantly, everything James originally quoted for came in on budget. We did spend more overall, but that was purely down to extras we chose to add along the way. Each addition was discussed and priced clearly in advance, so there were no surprises.
