"From first contact to finished installation the process has been amazingly smooth. In all it took about a month from talking to them , measuring up and installing. We received quick emails back with all the measurements and window specifications. We were not required to pay a deposit and payment due after installation as long as all was ok , and I can honestly say the new windows have massively enhanced our home making it feel warmer , quieter and letting in so much more light and looking fabulous against the stone work. The lads that fitted them were on time , courteous and very polite making sure everything was covered and cleaned up afterwards.
