"I have been a builder for 20 years and have used a variety of building Controle company’s over the years. I would would have to say that they are by far the worst building Controle company I have used extremely unhelpful and out of date. Trying to actually talk to one of the building inspectors is impossible. If anyone wants to use a building Controle company that is good Yorkshire building Controle have been the best for me extremely efficient and helpful. You can contact the building Inspecter directly with any question on your building projects."

"Service abysmal! My experiences are that they significantly overcharge in comparison to other building control bodies, they refuse to send out statutory paperwork, and they will in no way attempt to cooperate with applicants. Don't let them monopolise North Yorkshire, look for another Approved Inspector."
