"We recently had our back door fitted by NJW and had a really positive experience from start to finish. Neil was approachable, friendly, and provided us with a quote really quickly. He was also very flexible around arranging a suitable fitting time. After the door was fitted, we had a small issue which we flagged with NJW, and they responded incredibly quickly and came back out to make sure everything was fully resolved. "Really fantastic customer service, Neil has been so professional with the work done on our house, its been a tricky job at times because of our requirements but he has always been willing to come up with products we love. (50's style aluminimum bifolds and windows at the back, full set of pvc windows at the front incl re-sizing a window so its not as wide and fitted a rooflight which floods the hall with light and looks amazing. He has been happy to come back to solve any problems, (Renderers snapped off a trickle vent by accident, Neil replaced quick and easily) Back door slipped a teensy bit over time, Neil dropped in to adjust so its perfect now. Also always happy give advice etc, as rather than a new pvc door & sidelight I wanted to double glaze a beautiful old wooden frame myself/fit a wooden door. Some companies would not have been interested but Neil always happy to advise with suggested sizing/depth of units (they had to be thin to fit frame), quick and easy delivery of said units, happily gave guidance on fitting and complimented us on doing a good job when finished. Couldn't meet a better chap and been very happy with end results"
