They are always there at the end of the phone whenever we need help, which is worth its weight in gold when you’re responsible for a busy building and things decide to malfunction at the worst possible moment, as machines so often do. They recently came out to quote for a new fire system panel, and instead of pushing for an unnecessary sale, they fixed our existing panel there and then at no charge. That kind of honesty, professionalism and customer care is rare. Reliable, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely decent people to deal with.
