"Would avoid using this company. Our alarm was installed by them ( initially had no issues). They came back to service the alarm after one of the sensors had a low battery. Paid for a service and full battery change. After 18 months the same thing happened. I found the service booking team member to be unhelpful so called another local company. When they carried out the work they discovered the batteries weren’t dated as they should be and the one causing the fault was the original factory fit battery - so the work paid for hadn’t been carried out. Emailed twice requesting a call to discuss. No reply."

"Mayfair Security were very professional and efficient. We had a very old alarm system that needed upgrading but having no knowledge of alarm systems this was a bit daunting. MS provided sound advice about what system would suit our needs. The system was fitted in the day by a great engineer who adhered to Covid precautions and left no mess whatsoever. Highly recommend."

"Absolute nightmare to deal with. Sometimes they turn up unscheduled to do annual service. Then other years they schedule the visit and don’t show up?! They claim to leave messages when they don’t. One year my maintenance visit was cancelled as one of the company Directors’ mates needed a visit (it was only after I kicked off they sent someone). Overall, unreliable. Give them a wide berth."

"Shocking Service, very expensive and rude. phoned for a quote for cctv fitted and monitored, was told they were too busy and unless the order was over £2000 they were not interested. These guys are too busy unless you spend fortunes with them. They also are rude. Stay well clear."
