"We live in a 1970 built dormer semi. We have maintained it well, but we decided we needed reroofing, so i called Kennedy Roofing. They were on a job fairly close by so the owner, Alex, called on us the next day. He was very professional and we discussed what was needed, type of tiles, time scale, etc, and price. It all took place over a 2 week period, including the weekends, in November/December 2025. The team, usually 4, headed by the foreman, Roman (top bloke!) turned up early, left late, were polite, and always caused the least disruption and left the site, especially our shared driveway, immaculate. The roofs were 55 years old and rotten to the core once exposed and we have been renewed. We are the smartest house on our road now, and having lived here for 41 years, we know what the other owners have lurking behind their facades! The quality of the workmanship and materials used on our roofs should see them last another 40 years. From our perspective, i can't speak too highly of this company."

"Got a quote for repairs to the verge on the side of the house. Person who called said that dormers on front of house looked as though they needed attention, but I said just needed verge, rake done. Accepted quote for just verges, yet when scaffolding team turned up they erected scaffolding to front of house also. When workman turned up, they started pulling roof on front apart to highlight problems. As a consequence I spoke to the company who provided a quote for this extra work, which I thought was on the high side, but reluctantly accepted to get the work done. It was done inside two days so I felt the quote was somewhat extortionate based on this time scale. As another reviewer has mentioned, they left a mess behind all over my drive, which has meant return visits."

"February 2025 - just had a Kennedy Roofing & Co, remove and re-bed and repointl my ridge tiles and chimneys. They even put up my cowls too. It looks fantastic, they were quick, showed me pictures when they had finished and took all the mess away too. Thank you Roman and the other two guys, very professional . Jackie"
