"Our annual visit was arranged after a very helpful prompt from the office @ Katie Sweep. Emails and text messages are really good and are a quick way to getting things organised. Natasha undertook the clean this year and this was carried out very efficiently and on time. Luckily she likes dogs, she has one of her own, and didn’t object to a brief visit from our cockapoo. The log stove clean was thorough and detected we need a new part. This was organised on the day of the visit. Arrangements are now in hand for Natasha to return and fit the part.
