"Delivered over 3 hours late. Cancelled the job numerous times. Changed the cost of the delivery several times and added additional vat over and over whilst also damaging my items. When speaking to the owners you realise why everything is ran poorly. No manners. Extremely aggressive and rude, had both Melissa and ‘Spud’ shouting at me down the phone absolute grief because I said I wanted to pay on completion of the job not half way. They bully you into paying cash so they can avoid declaring and paying additional fees. If you don’t they threaten to keep your item as they state it’s their property till you pay (prior to even completing the job). Would not recommend. EDIT: I have never worked in removals I work with social care, nor do I know their employees"
