"No good landlord would use Johnson’s - mess about after mess about. None of the plumbers seem to know what they are doing. Have waited 3 weeks for a new radiator in the middle of winter, took a day off work for this to be fitted, just for the plumber to turn up with no new radiator and be told that Johnson’s haven’t told him he was supposed to be fitting a radiator - so poor."

"I've used Johnson's a few times for my tennanted property. They have been fantastic. They have liaised directly with my tenant for access, explained all issues and possible remedies, fixed everything and then left the site very clean and tidy and their prices are very reasonable."

"First class work and quick to get here for boiler servicing and a plumbing issue. Only issue was that they walked into the house to the next floor without boot coverings! I then had to hoover, mop the floors and carpet clean. I even left boot coverings in the hallway for them to put on and I was barefooted (hint) should be a common thing to wear.
