"Jack and Josh redid our ensuite from a bare shell, preparing thoroughly with new backing boards before installing the tiles and fittings that we had bought ourselves. They were careful and regularly touched base with us as the work progressed, so we always knew what was going on and when things were going to be done. We'd been let down by another firm who had done another ensuite and bathroom, but not to the same standard. Jack & Josh did some snagging work on those as well, even though it was not their work. Having had that recent experience with another firm, it was reassuring to see Jack & Josh working in such an organised and methodical way, if only we'd heard about them sooner!"
