"Good experience - rang Ian on a Friday for a 8-10yo Samsung American style fridge freezer where the fridge part wasn't cooling properly. He was on a customer site, so I messaged through the details and he came to see the fridge the following day on a Saturday. He did a temp fix but said it would require parts ordering. Slight delay on the parts arriving which he updated me on. Was going to be with me Thursday to fully fix but I had work commitments, so finally fixed the next day (so a week from reporting to fixing for a fridge that required parts) and has been working fine for a couple of weeks. All in all, pleasant and knows his stuff and much cheaper than replacing the fridge freezer."
"A fantastic and very knowledgeable refrigerator engineer. Ian listen to my description carefully, and considered what he may need for the tasks thoroughly. He was able to visit the property quickly, and brought all the required tools and parts to repair the fridge. Ian even put our shelves back correctly and adjusted the controls which had accidentally over time been changed. I would highly recommend Ian to the Pickering area and around York region. A kind and thoughtful person, very friendly, and genuinely cares for his work and his customers. Thank You 😊"
