"Had an EIRC report done just before Christmas. Was told by the electrician that they were particularly busy and with it being Christmas there will be a delay in receiving it which was fine. Contacted them end of January and was told that it'd be chased up. Contacted multiple times the following week via email, phone to have no response. Finally received a message via text on 2nd Feb. "Sorry, due to critical staffing shortages and difficult private family circumstances, we're not taking on new enquiries right now. We are so sorry about this, and know this is frustrating. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Thanks, Full Circuit Electrical" I then asked when i would receive the report. "Really sorry. Critical staffing shortages and private family circumstances mean your December EICR isn't issued yet. We can't give a timescale. We know that's a huge inconvenience". I asked for a refund. "Really sorry! Due to staffing shortages and private family circumstances, refunds follow clause 13. As the EICR was done, any refund would exclude reasonable costs. We know this is frustrating." I have since asked about clause 13 as I don't have a contract or received anything other than an invoice from them. Their website is now down, no one answers the phone or returns emails. Contacted again when I noticed the website came back online the other week and still not had a response."

"Sadly I had a very bad experience with Full Circuit. I had a dispute with an invoice. They wouldn't answer my emails and would only contact me by mobile phone, chasing it up, rather than answering my concerns. The last time I contacted them the member of staff stated she couldn't respond by email because she had been hacked. I was concerned about this as it was potentially a data breach. When contacting Full Circuit about this, I was ignored. Work that was done had to be put right by another tradesman. Overall, a very bad and stressful experience."

"We did not have a positive experience with Full Circuit, unfortunately. They carried out various bathroom plumbing and install works for us in August 2025. Due to a bad fitter and poor communication, there were several mistakes that were made. Some were fixed, some we have had to live with. We had to contest the amount of our final bill for several months before finalising a reasonable fee in January 2026."

"Avoid at all costs. After reading all the positive reviews I requested an engineer to visit my home to help identify and rectify a problem with my home electrics as the main fuse was blowing. After attending my house they sent a quote with a list of jobs they proposed. Within the quote were points that were not needed and in fact one element was contrary to the feedback from their engineer. I employed them to fit a car charge point but only as part of ensuring they would return to identity and repair the original problem. Now only did they not turn up as arranged in early December, but when they did eventually turn up they advised me that they could not investigate the problem until January. Leaving me without use of my cooking hob. I shared that this would impact my hosting at Christmas, they PROMISED they would turn up at the start of January. Of course no one has been in touch or attended. I do not believe any of their customer comments. You can’t get through in then phone and no one responds via email."

"I contacted Full Circuit about a quote for a bathroom electrics job, including the installation of a new fan, light, and relocating the switch. I provided a video which explained the work I wanted done. They replied swiftly with a full quote, and I liased with them and whether or not plastering is done as part of the work. That confirmed, I booked the job in. They arrived promptly and carried out the work in the advertised time, and worked professionally throughout. The completed work was done to a high standard, and I've since booked the rest of my house in for a rewire. EDIT: The full house rewire has been completed, and I can only echo previous comments I've made. The team were on time every morning, kept me in the loop with any questions or suggestions, and as I type the plasterer is finishing off the chases and holes left. A 5* service start to finish."
