Busy Energy - Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning

"💫💫5 star service💫💫 I can not praise Busy Energy and in particular Adrian enough. For a bit of context I moved into my address 6 years ago which had a samsung heat pump system already fitted. Over those 6 years finding a company to service or repair this system (which we later found out has it's issues with how it was fitted) was a nightmare. Over the years I had repair bills without ever much explanation to what was been fixed. Roll on January when I stated to have a new issues I found Busy Energy by luck. Adrian initially serviced the system and instantly pointed out system flaws which were dangerous and needed replacing straight away this was fully explained to me and promptly sorted.... roll on a few month later when I returned home from holiday my system started with a flow problem, this was nothing new for my system and previous companies have basically put a plaster over a massive wound and ultimatelyled to my whole system braking down leaving my household with no heating or hot water. On contacting Adrian he tried initially to help me over the phone and when this didn't help moved things around to try and help me. Over the next couple of weeks despite Adrian been extremely busy he cancelled meetings, messaged me in his own time after contacting various people who specialise in Samsung heaters and basically worked tirelessly to fix my system. Adrian was open and honest about all repair options and did his best to keep the costs down as low as possible. Even when a part needed replacing a universal part wouldn't fit and Adrian contacted his suppliers direct and went to pick the part up before everything was shut for the weekend. Until the issues were sorted Adrian spent more time at my house than his own to the point I nearly had to charge him rent however during this time Adrian never grumbled was always pleasant and always happy to explain what he was doing so I had a basic idea. Cut to now the heating is up and running and no issues and I wouldn't even consider using another company than Busy Energy. If you are looking for a genuine expert in the heat pump world honestly look no further, Adrian literally will do everything in his power to fix your heating issues, he will present you with the best options and will happily explain these to you. He is genuinely a great bloke who even now still checks in to make sure everything is still on point and the only word I can use to describe him is a "legend". If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would.... Busy Energy sorted my Pandora's box of heating problems and I can not recommend them highly enough. Thanks for all your help Adrian"
